About the Role
• Tour prospective renters and highlight community amenities and lifestyle. • Conduct prospect qualification, collect information, and initiate background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and ensure readiness. • Provide exceptional service to retain existing residents. • Manage office paperwork and coordinate rental documentation. • Communicate effectively with prospects, residents, and team members. • Utilize basic Windows computer applications for leasing tasks. • Assist leasing staff, maintain professionalism, and meet deadlines. • Follow all company policies and act as a collaborative team player. • Work in varied weather conditions when traveling between properties.

What You Bring
The role operates in a professional office setting and involves regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers. You will spend most of your time at a desk but must also be able to stand, walk, and navigate stairs or ladders while traveling between properties up to 5% of the time, often in varying weather conditions. • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year related experience required. • Be able to stand, walk, and use stairs or ladders for extended periods; travel up to 5% of the time.

Benefits
