About the Role
The Facilities Coordinator oversees and coordinates the delivery of various services, managing the full life cycle of work orders to ensure high customer service levels. The role monitors vendor performance against service level agreements, maintains data integrity, and achieves key performance indicators for work order metrics. Core responsibilities include managing work orders through BGIS or client‑based applications, handling vendor relationships, aligning services with contracts and schedules, and preparing performance summaries. The coordinator also schedules access for service providers, validates invoicing eligibility, submits estimates and compliance requests, and reports incidents. • Manage work orders to completion using BGIS or client web application. • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance. • Align client services with contracts, schedules, and purchase orders. • Review work orders to determine invoicing eligibility. • Schedule access for internal and external service providers. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for service providers. • Follow up to ensure all service level agreements are achieved. • Provide required documentation for quote and invoice submissions. • Review and submit estimates according to client quote process. • Submit Comply Works requests. • Adhere to established processes and company standards. • Maintain a database of requests for reporting and analysis. • Report Intelex incidents. • Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and service providers. • Review customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.

What You Bring
Successful candidates should possess 1‑3 years of experience with RealSuite or similar BGIS applications, strong customer‑oriented, administrative and organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail. Analytical problem‑solving, independent work capability, clear communication, and experience in a shared‑service environment are also required.

Benefits
This is a regular full‑time position with a salary range of $54,185‑$67,732 per year, determined by competencies, experience, and education. Artificial intelligence may be used in screening stages, but final decisions are made by human reviewers.
