About the Role

• Direct in-house crews and subcontractors while liaising with customers on bidding and billing. • Manage and lead internal and external project teams to deliver projects on budget and schedule. • Communicate daily updates to customers and internal management. • Build processes and teams to meet all project requirements. • Coordinate timing, execution, and closeout with the Project Construction Lead. • Lead weekly client and project team meetings. • Deploy crews to sites and supervise task completion. • Prepare bids and issue invoices upon project completion. • Approve timesheets and daily logs. • Ensure crews have required equipment.

Your strong written and verbal communication, precise hand‑eye coordination, good vision, color discrimination, and accurate blueprint reading enable you to identify issues, report progress, and recommend solutions to senior leadership, while your OSHA safety training ensures compliance.
