About the Role
The role provides technical direction and safe site leadership for on‑site installation, operational maintenance, and testing of gas turbines. You will guide skilled labor during maintenance and commissioning activities at remote shipyards, oilfields, industrial facilities and LNG plants, and interpret data to give clear technical instruction. • Provide on‑site technical direction to skilled labor during maintenance and commissioning at remote shipyards, oilfields, industrial facilities and LNG plants. • Interpret data on site and deliver technical instruction. • Lead installation, maintenance and commissioning activities, meeting customer and company schedule targets while adhering to quality and HSE rules. • Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance checkouts on gas turbine products. • Participate in customer and contractor meetings, promote follow‑up actions and recurrence prevention.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Possess 5+ years of field service or maintenance experience. • Understand and implement technical drawings. • Know Baker Hughes aeroderivative gas turbine, compressor and auxiliary installation and maintenance philosophy. • Demonstrate strong technical skills in centrifugal compressor maintenance. • Exhibit excellent customer service orientation and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
