About the Role

Our St. Paul, Minnesota office is seeking a Designer with more than 10 years of experience to join our MEP team. The role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $130,000. • Work with minimal supervision on daily tasks. • 10+ years of relevant experience. • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred. • Ability to set up and manage printing/plotting settings. • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software. • Strong work ethic, interpersonal communication, and desire to learn. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Willingness to mentor and teach others.
