What You Bring

The training experience includes rotational assignments across Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection, allowing participants to lead large teams and manage complex infrastructure. Leadership development workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project‑based learning are complemented by ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Candidates must demonstrate proven ability to lead large teams, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and experience driving change and managing complex projects. A working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics is required, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience and willingness to relocate for rotations.
