About the Role
As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Johnson Controls, you will support and deliver effective multi‑channel marketing campaigns across multiple products, ensuring they are well‑coordinated, targeted and measurable to drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth. You will lead campaign planning and execution, manage digital marketing efforts such as email, social media and online advertising, set up campaigns in Salesforce, monitor performance, collaborate with sales, design and digital teams, manage budgets, conduct basic market research and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Lead planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns. • Drive lead generation by designing, launching and optimizing campaigns. • Coordinate with marketing operations, digital marketing, sales, design and digital teams to ensure integrated messaging. • Manage digital channels including email, social media, and online advertising. • Set up and track campaigns in Salesforce to monitor engagement. • Manage campaign budgets to achieve positive Marketing ROI. • Conduct basic research on competitors, customer preferences and market trends. • Monitor campaign performance across platforms and report key metrics. • Provide actionable insights and lead‑generation reports to stakeholders.

What You Bring
The role requires a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field, at least five years of campaign experience, proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, A/B testing and other digital tools, strong copywriting and communication abilities, and excellent organizational and project‑management skills. A collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to interpret performance data are also valued. • Possess 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns. • Proficient with Google Analytics, A/B testing, SEO, PPC, and social media tools. • Strong copywriting, communication, organizational and project‑management skills.
