About the Role
The Account Manager will accelerate growth of Carrier/ABOUND’s advanced digital controls and energy‑managed services, targeting sectors such as multi‑site retail, quick‑service restaurants, and commercial & industrial real estate. ABOUND combines IoT, cloud, and AI to deliver data‑driven building efficiency, cost reduction, and healthier indoor environments. The position involves supporting market entry, developing sales strategies for SaaS and managed services, managing pipelines, and achieving revenue targets. It also requires building relationships with owners, operators, and facilities managers, collaborating with internal teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery. Travel across the UAE for client meetings, partner support, and industry events is expected. • Support UAE market entry for Carrier/ABOUND digital solutions and enable product launches. • Develop and execute SaaS and Managed Services sales strategies aligned with regional goals. • Manage deal pipelines, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior leadership. • Identify new business opportunities in multi‑site retail, QSR, education, healthcare, and commercial real estate. • Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers to drive satisfaction and upsell. • Collaborate with property owners, operators, and facilities teams to address energy optimization and sustainability challenges. • Create tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful service execution with internal and partner teams. • Coordinate with product, engineering, and service delivery to design custom client solutions. • Lead partner enablement programs, including training and sales tools. • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and refine sales tactics. • Travel across the UAE for client meetings, partner support, and industry events.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred) and have at least 10 years of experience in building technologies, automation, SaaS, and energy‑managed services within the UAE market. Proven expertise in energy management, ESCOs, IoT, cloud, AI, and strong C‑suite networks across target sectors is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred). • Minimum 10 years of experience in building technologies, automation, SaaS, and energy‑managed services in the UAE. • Proven track record in energy management services, ESCOs, and sustainability standards. • Strong C‑suite relationships with QSR chains, retail, commercial/industrial operators, ESCOs, and FM companies. • Hands‑on experience with IoT, cloud, AI, and SaaS implementations. • Deep understanding of smart building solutions, HVAC/chiller systems, and enterprise applications. • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
