What You Bring
The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, basic proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems, and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to company policies are also expected. Work is performed in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, with occasional travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and remaining seated or standing for the majority of the shift, with travel comprising up to five percent of work time. • Communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service. • Utilize basic Windows computer skills and office equipment. • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1+ year related experience. • Work in a professional office, travel between properties (up to 5%), and handle physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

Compensation is competitive, with an hourly rate ranging from $21.68 to $25.50, and includes a comprehensive benefits package such as health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
