About the Role

Key responsibilities include touring the property for prospective tenants, answering questions about amenities and the surrounding community, and showcasing the lifestyle benefits of the apartments. Consultants also collect necessary applicant information, conduct background checks, ensure units are move‑in ready, and handle all related paperwork. Providing exceptional service to current residents is essential to maintain retention and satisfaction. • Generate interest by touring prospects and answering questions about amenities and the community. • Highlight community quality and apartment lifestyle to drive sales. • Collect prospect information and conduct background checks to qualify applicants. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and coordinate rental paperwork. • Provide exceptional service to maintain resident satisfaction and retention. • Maintain organization, meet deadlines, and follow company policies.

What You Bring

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, basic proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems, and the ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
