About the Role

Daily duties include performing lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, power transmissions, and other rotating equipment while adhering to safety protocols such as the PJHA and observation processes. The technician will conduct lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishment following ICML best practices, develop maintenance standards, and provide work‑order feedback on discrepancies. The role requires independent work, flexibility to cover all shifts—including holidays and weekends—and may involve ultrasonic emissions training and certification. • Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on pumps, conveyors, power transmissions, and rotating equipment. • Follow safety protocols including PJHA, observation process, and company/site guidelines. • Conduct lubrication sampling, filtering, and replenishment per ICML best practices. • Develop and apply preventive maintenance/lubrication standards and document work order feedback. • Complete administrative tasks such as time accounting and work order completion. • Maintain personal tools and foster positive customer and employee relations.

C&W Services, a leader in maintenance and janitorial programs for a variety of facilities, is seeking a Skilled Lubrication Technician to maintain lubrication and ultrasonic emissions routes for industrial equipment. Candidates should have an AA degree in Industrial Maintenance (preferred) and be certified or able to become an MLT Level 1 Lubrication Technician. Five years of industrial maintenance or lubrication experience is preferred, though qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. The job demands physical abilities such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing or moving for extended periods, climbing stairs or ladders, operating hand and power tools, handling forklifts, and wearing a respirator when required. Additional competencies include manual dexterity, precision control, detail observation, effective communication, and the ability to follow information‑ordering procedures. The work environment involves frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, toxic chemicals, electrical hazards, vibration, loud noise, and extreme temperatures. Benefits

The position is located in Fort Dodge, IA, offering up to $31.00 per hour for a 4‑day workweek (6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
