About the Role
The Senior Project Manager role in Mumbai will oversee end‑to‑end execution of multiple HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. The position requires strong leadership, client management and deep technical expertise in HVAC systems. With over 15 years of experience required, the successful candidate will lead project lifecycles, manage HVAC installations, coordinate stakeholders, mentor project teams, control budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure high‑quality delivery. • Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, including scheduling, planning and resource allocation • Manage installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems and ensure compliance with standards and regulations • Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and vendors, providing regular updates and handling escalations • Supervise and mentor project engineers, site supervisors and contractors to optimize workforce performance • Track project costs, manage vendor negotiations and ensure adherence to approved budgets • Identify risks, implement mitigation plans and conduct quality and safety checks

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; PMP certification advantageous • Minimum 15 years of HVAC project management experience on large‑scale commercial or industrial projects • In‑depth knowledge of chillers, VRF, ventilation, ducting and cooling systems • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office; ability to read technical drawings and contracts • Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication and client‑handling skills • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities • Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai and surrounding regions • Strong vendor and contractor management with commitment to safety, quality and timely delivery
