About the Role

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse operations by loading, unloading, order picking, shipping, and material handling. The role ensures products are accurately prepared for pickup or delivery, secured for transport, and handled safely, efficiently, and dependably. • Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard. • Prepare items for shipment or customer pickup by securely packaging with shrink wrap, strapping, or other protective methods. • Verify product accuracy and condition before staging or shipping. • Install protective devices such as bracing or padding to prevent damage during transport. • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with safety policies and procedures. • Assist customers, installers, or subcontractors by fulfilling orders or locating materials. • Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver materials as needed. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. • Lift and move heavy materials safely.

What You Bring

Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes. Associates must be able to lift up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements; occasional overnight travel (under 10 %) may be required. A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, and candidates typically have 0‑2 years of related experience. Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures is valued. • Understand basic shipping, receiving, and material handling procedures. • Pay strong attention to detail and maintain a commitment to safety.
