About the Role
The role involves daily construction, administrative, and technical management of renewable construction projects for public, institutional, government, and commercial clients. The incumbent will support the Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager with accounting, budgeting, scheduling, quality management, and internal communications while directly interfacing with customers to manage service relationships and contractual obligations. • Provide daily construction, administrative, and technical management of renewable projects. • Assist Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager with project accounting, budgeting, and schedule tracking. • Maintain quality management processes and internal communications. • Interface directly with customers to manage service, relationships, and contractual obligations. • Support project development activities such as scope definition, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, installation, and scheduling. • Monitor project performance and cost estimates to forecast expenses and ensure reasonableness. • Review subcontractor and vendor bids to determine scope, schedule, and timely delivery of materials and services. • Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality, on‑time, and on‑budget project delivery. • Assist site supervisors in quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets. • Update and maintain project schedules, monitor critical path activities, and track outstanding items. • Provide a detailed two‑week look‑ahead schedule for customer coordination and planning. • Oversee project expenditures and job cost accounting, including documentation, approvals, payment reporting, and monthly forecasting. • Ensure compliance with company, industry, customer, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes. • Travel as required to project sites and perform other duties as needed.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in construction project management. Preferred qualifications are progress toward technical or industry‑related education, familiarity with OSHA safety standards, strong multitasking and relationship‑building abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project, plus a valid driver’s license.
