About the Role
The Operating Engineer role is on‑site in Coral Gables, FL, working a 7 am‑4 pm schedule Monday through Friday. This position supports operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. • Perform painting, pressure washing, lighting maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, locksmith, and general maintenance tasks. • Update and manage work orders in the CMMS daily and respond to tenant service requests. • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on building systems. • Provide on‑call or emergency response support as needed. • Troubleshoot electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls across facilities. • Follow all safety procedures and attend ongoing technical training. • Deliver strong customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
• Bring 3+ years of experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry. • Hold or pursue a Universal CFC EPA certification within the first year. • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to lift up to 50 lb and use ladders up to 30 ft.
