About the Role

The Field Sales Consultant role is focused on generating and qualifying sales leads for residential solar solutions. Consultants conduct in‑home presentations, build genuine connections with homeowners, and guide them through the decision‑making process. Success in this position requires a proactive, face‑to‑face approach and the ability to manage the sales pipeline from prospect to installation. • Develop and execute self‑generated sales strategies and set appointments with prospective homeowners. • Deliver industry‑leading in‑home sales presentations and assess customer needs. • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through installation, updating the CRM with accurate outcomes. • Achieve minimum sales targets established by leadership. • Travel within the local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Utilize technology such as iPad, computer, and CRM applications.
