About the Role

The coordinator ensures timely and accurate processing of customer orders and claims, maintains quality standards, and provides support to both customers and distributors. • Analyze customer order requests, incorporating manufacturing quotes, specifications, and limitations. • Process orders swiftly while performing quality control to meet demand. • Provide technical assistance on product characteristics and special applications. • Act as a reference for distributors to ensure an impeccable customer experience. • Maintain detailed records and utilize the Office suite efficiently.

What You Bring

Candidates should have at least a high school education, with an associate’s degree or higher preferred. Technical training or relevant experience, strong analytical and logical skills, and excellent communication abilities are required. Benefits

The position is full‑time, onsite in London, ON, working 40 hours per week with occasional extended hours as needed. The annual salary range is $40,000‑$48,000 and includes a group insurance plan (including dental) with 70 % employer contribution and a generous retirement plan.
