About the Role

As the Brand Leader for Pull‑Ups® Training Pants you will directly impact the North America business, stewarding the $800M+ revenue brand delivery and commercialization. You will drive significant growth and value creation as the category leader, overseeing overall business performance and leading a cross‑functional team. You will own delivery of business objectives, including net sales, operating profit, gross margin and market share, and co‑lead the development of 3‑5 year Strategic Business Plans. The role involves building brand equity tools, creating annual brand and marketing plans, ensuring cohesion with the Diapers and Wipes business, and leading content and connections strategy. A data‑driven culture will be fostered to analyze and optimize business plans, while collaborating with retail partners for shelf and e‑commerce execution. You will manage cross‑functional and agency teams, launch innovation programs, and build an assertive, results‑oriented team by hiring top‑tier talent and providing coaching. • Drive $800M+ Pull‑Ups brand revenue and profitability in North America. • Lead development and execution of 3‑5 year strategic business plan and annual brand, marketing, and media strategies. • Build and implement brand equity tools, including category vision, communication strategy, and content & connections. • Own net sales, operating profit, gross margin, and market share targets. • Partner with finance, R&D, insights, supply chain, and agency teams to launch innovations and optimize business plans. • Manage and develop a high‑performing brand team and cross‑functional partners, hiring top talent and providing coaching. • Analyze data to measure plan effectiveness and quickly optimize performance. • Collaborate with customer development and retail partners for shelf and e‑commerce execution.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a graduate or undergraduate degree with equivalent experience, at least 10 years of CPG business experience with proven P&L success, and deep marketing and brand‑building expertise. Strong analytical skills, consumer insight development, internal and agency relationship management, and the ability to lead in a matrix organization are essential.
