About the Role

The role is for a Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor within the UK Infrastructure business, supporting transportation and utilities projects. The successful candidate will join the contract and cost management team, contributing to the delivery of Turner & Townsend initiatives and UK infrastructure growth. • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders. • Administer contracts (NEC3, Option A, C & E) in line with project objectives and company policies. • Monitor, forecast and report project costs, managing variance and cash flow. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver programme performance, cost control and value engineering. • Manage contract changes while ensuring governance and best practice. • Improve the accuracy of budgets and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide commercial expertise and support to all stakeholders. • Negotiate and finalize project final accounts. • Lead and mentor team members and commission activities as required.
