The company is seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Member to join a skilled surfacing crew at its Gillman, SA depot, a role suited to those who prioritize safety and quality. Applicants should have proven experience in the asphalt industry, hold a current HR licence (HC preferred) and a General Construction Induction card, and preferably a Certificate II or III in Civil Construction or Civil Engineering. They must be competent operating asphalt equipment such as pavers, screed, rollers and skid steers, demonstrate a strong team player attitude, and be committed to a Zero Harm culture. • Proven experience in the asphalt industry • Current HR licence (minimum); HC licence preferred • Current General Construction Induction card • Certificate II/III in Civil Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous) • Ability to operate asphalt pavers, screed, rollers and skid steers
