About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will diagnose and repair HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, maintain interior and exterior areas according to company standards and legal requirements, respond promptly to service tickets, and communicate repair updates clearly with residents and office staff. • Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Perform routine maintenance of interior and exterior property areas to meet standards and legal compliance. • Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets. • Communicate repair updates clearly with residents and office staff. • Participate in medical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k) match. • Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm with rotating on‑call duties and emergency availability.

What You Bring
Candidates must have an active, valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and be able to live within a 30‑minute commute of the property; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred, and at least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • Hold a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and reside within 30 minutes of the property. • Preferred HVAC/EPA/CFC certification; at least one year of related experience or equivalent education.
