About the Role

• Lead structural engineering on diverse building projects across various sizes and construction methods. • Provide technical input and design solutions, reviewing studies and engineering standards. • Mentor junior staff and share knowledge on constructability and design methodology. • Present complex technical solutions to clients and conduct construction site visits. • Perform quality control reviews, sign off on deliverables, and ensure compliance with permitting and client standards. • Develop technical proposals, including budget and schedule estimates. • Organize workload and work independently under supervision of department/project managers.

What You Bring

B+P integrates architecture, interiors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and environmental engineering, delivering solutions from strategy through construction. Projects span air traffic towers, stations, laboratories, data centers, fuel storage tanks and more, requiring expertise in structural design methods and practices. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering with 6+ years experience and a licensed PE status. • Require US citizenship. • Prefer recent Buildings and Facilities design experience and proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, RISA, AutoCAD, and Revit. • Prefer 10+ years of structural building development experience on large, complex projects.
