About the Role
In this role you will oversee operational and engineering services for two key sites of a major financial‑institution client, ensuring critical equipment maintenance and adherence to rigorous procedures. You will conduct site reviews to uncover opportunities that reduce costs and boost productivity while staying abreast of international best practices and applying them locally. You will champion sustainability initiatives that deliver measurable energy‑use improvements and act as a Subject Matter Expert to streamline processes, tools and documentation. Safety, crisis management and business‑continuity procedures will be maintained, and you will drive risk‑identification and mitigation to achieve zero business interruptions. The position also leads the exploration and implementation of new technologies aligned with ESG goals, AI and machine learning, while managing utility, interior fit‑out and other facility‑management projects. You will provide technical leadership for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and automation systems, develop engineering standards, and analyze performance data to drive data‑driven enhancements. • Oversee delivery of operational and engineering services for two sites of a financial institution client. • Conduct site reviews to identify cost‑reducing and productivity‑enhancing opportunities. • Promote sustainability strategies to achieve measurable energy‑use improvements. • Optimize processes, tools and documentation as a Subject Matter Expert. • Ensure completion and compliance of Critical Environment Management (CEM) audits. • Manage preventive maintenance programs, service contracts and contractor work practices. • Maintain safety procedures, crisis management, business continuity and emergency protocols. • Lead exploration and implementation of new technologies aligned with ESG, AI/ML goals. • Direct facility‑management projects, including utility and interior fit‑out works. • Govern resilient, data‑driven operations for HVAC, electrical, utility and building systems. • Develop and implement strategic engineering initiatives for performance, sustainability and cost‑effectiveness. • Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers and technical staff. • Oversee design, implementation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automation). • Manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion within budget, schedule and quality standards. • Establish engineering standards, policies and procedures complying with regulations (ASHRAE, LEED, ISO). • Analyze facility performance data and implement data‑driven improvements. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and sustainable practices. • Manage vendor, contractor and consultant relationships to ensure high‑quality service delivery. • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management and clients. • Recruit, plan performance, conduct evaluations, succession planning and manage compensation programs for engineering teams. • Ensure risk identification and mitigation to achieve zero business interruptions for financial‑institution clients.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent. • 10–15 years of facilities‑management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Minimum 7 years managing electrical and mechanical services in large campuses. • Strong knowledge of building systems, energy management and sustainability practices. • Proven project‑management experience on large‑scale facility projects. • Demonstrated ability to implement innovative engineering solutions. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency with CAD, BMS and project‑management software. • Familiarity with industry standards (ASHRAE, LEED, ISO).
