About the Role
This client‑facing role serves as the welcoming face of the firm, greeting visitors, preparing meeting spaces, and ensuring guests feel comfortable and supported. The position also provides exposure to junior administrative duties, strengthening Microsoft Office skills and supporting professional growth. Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, thrive in a polished business environment, and seek a strong foundation for an administrative or client‑service career. • Answer high‑volume, multi‑line calls with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism. • Provide courteous service to all visitors, candidates, and guests. • Maintain the front reception area and conference rooms. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and vendor deliveries. • Coordinate travel arrangements for project team members. • Uphold a professional appearance at all times. • Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, calendar management, and booking conference rooms. • Complete clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, collating, and preparing correspondence.

What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years experience in a client‑service or receptionist role. • Strong customer‑service skills and ability to interact with senior management, external clients, vendors, and the public. • Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships and process client requests accurately and timely. • Capability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong oral and written communication. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proofreading ability. • Experience using Bluebeam.
