About the Role

The manager will oversee all project tasks, maintain key client relationships, and mentor younger staff. Responsibilities include business development, delivering design work using AutoCAD, GIS, and hydraulic modeling tools, and pursuing opportunities aligned with professional passion. Experience with SWMM, FLO‑2D, StormCAD, or HEC‑RAS is advantageous. Leadership duties involve operating with integrity, setting vision and strategy, establishing goals, and fostering positive client and team communication. The manager will build and grow a Surface Water (Hydraulics/Hydrology) practice while ensuring projects are profitable and transitioned to qualified staff. What You Bring

Candidates must have 12 + years of civil engineering design experience and hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills are required, along with a proven ability to manage projects profitably, write proposals, scopes, and budgets, and develop client relationships with municipalities and agencies.
