About the Role
The Yard Loader Operator will safely operate loader equipment to move and stockpile materials, monitor material flow, and maintain adequate inventory levels. Responsibilities include routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, clear communication with team members, and keeping the work area clean and organized in line with safety standards. The role primarily involves working with moving mechanical equipment in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. • Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently. • Monitor material flow and maintain inventory levels. • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuous safe operations. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. • Conduct basic equipment checks and identify potential issues.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $21.10 to $29.00 per hour and includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, HSA/HRA/FSA options, AD&D, short‑ and long‑term disability, basic life insurance, paid bonding leave, 10 days of paid vacation, 40 hours of paid sick leave, and 10 paid holidays.
