About the Role
As an Electrical Foreman, you will supervise and run crews responsible for installing or repairing electrical systems, often serving as the primary jobsite supervisor on smaller construction projects. The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, a solid employment track record, and demonstrates integrity and reliability. In this role you will manage all FSG Electric field trades, collaborate with the Project Manager on estimates and material take‑offs, and ensure that tools, equipment, information, and manpower are in the right place at the right time. You will establish work schedules, direct crew installation of feeders, equipment, switchgear, lighting, and related components, and monitor progress to keep the project on pace with other trades. Administrative duties include handling correspondence, daily reports, timesheets, and safety documentation, while maintaining a strong focus on crew safety and compliance with company protocols. • Supervise and lead all FSG Electric field trades on construction crews. • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop working estimates and material take‑offs. • Coordinate placement of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower to meet project schedules. • Create and maintain work schedules and crew loading charts. • Direct installation of electrical feeders, pumps, motors, generators, switchgear, relays, panel boards, lighting fixtures, outlets and related terminations. • Monitor progress, adjust crew assignments, and ensure timely completion alongside other trades. • Perform hands‑on work when needed for production or training purposes. • Oversee completion of office correspondence, daily reports, timesheets, and safety documentation. • Ensure crew safety by providing training, enforcing FSG Electric safety protocols, and investigating incidents.

What You Bring
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a drug and background screening. Benefits
The position offers an hourly pay range of $35.00 to $50.00.
