About the Role
The Housekeeper cleans vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy as well as property common areas, the office, and model units. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager and works closely with the maintenance staff. Key duties include cleaning the business office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule, preparing vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy, reporting any maintenance problems to the supervisor, and adhering to safety guidelines while performing other tasks as assigned. • Clean office, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model units, and common areas on schedule. • Prepare vacant apartments for showing and occupancy. • Report maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly. • Use cleaning agents and equipment safely according to guidelines. • Work evenings or weekends on call for emergencies. • Take directions in English or Spanish and collaborate as a team. • Maintain punctuality, follow company policies, and practice safety protocols. • Operate standard office equipment and travel between properties in varying weather. • Stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb while navigating stairs, ladders, and outdoor conditions.

What You Bring
The position requires knowledge of the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment, willingness to work evenings or weekends on call for emergencies, the ability to take direction in English or Spanish, effective listening, teamwork, punctuality, compliance with company policies and safety protocols, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Applicants must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade, technical, or vocational education. The work environment is a professional office setting with standard equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines, and the role may require travel between properties in varying weather conditions. Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, ascending and descending stairs, ladders, or step stools, occasional outdoor travel, remaining stationary for up to 85% of the time, operating office machinery, traveling up to 5% of the time, and lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds with varying frequency. • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical/vocational education.
