About the Role
The In‑House Marketing Representative (VIP) is responsible for generating leads and booking qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations owners, club members, and other qualified customers. In addition, the role provides customer and concierge services to all guests while projecting a professional company image. • Generate leads and schedule qualified timeshare sales presentations. • Deliver customer and concierge services to guests. • Maintain a professional company image in all interactions. • Participate in the Go Hilton travel program for discounted accommodations and 50% off hotel‑operated restaurants.
