About the Role
The TEPG Customer Service Executive (CSE) for the APAC region is responsible for delivering an excellent customer service experience. The role involves frequent interaction with internal stakeholders such as sales, logistics, technical support and factories, as well as direct communication with clients to ensure alignment with JCI policies and procedures. The executive oversees order fulfillment, coordinates logistics with multiple departments, and maintains proactive communication with customers to address any issues. • Process new orders promptly and update ERP with accurate Customer Requested Dates. • Immediately communicate any order delays or extended lead times to clients. • Support sales targets by updating forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities. • Coordinate shipping, logistics, technical support and factory activities to ensure timely deliveries. • Utilize Salesforce for order entry, customer communications, complaint handling and case escalation. • Manage backorders proactively, resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and close complaint cases, RMAs, credits and related costs in Salesforce. • Backup fellow Customer Service Executives when needed and coach team members.

What You Bring
• Provide at least 3 years of successful customer service experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and telephone skills. • Exhibit high integrity, ability to work under stress and meet on‑time deliverables. • Possess knowledge of import and export regulations for the APAC region. • Experience with SAP, JDE, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
