Warehouse Associate

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations of the distribution center, helping ensure that materials are prepared for installation crews and that the facility runs efficiently. This role contributes to a safe, organized environment and assists with timely delivery of products to job sites. • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures • Conduct physical inventory counts to control stock levels • Plan and implement warehouse layout designs, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs or replacements • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, to store products and materials properly • Load and log materials onto trucks, noting returned items • Prepare jobs and materials for crews • Clean trucks inside and out • Deliver materials and transport employees to job sites

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license • 1‑2 years of warehouse experience • Ability to lift 50 lb regularly • Knowledge of safe warehouse practices • Willingness to deliver product between offices daily • Forklift experience (required) • Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials (preferred)
