Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, recommend and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls as needed. • Independently manage multiple storage locations, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure availability and inventory accuracy. • Audit cash drawers, perform bank deposits, and manage payment collections. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50% of the shift. • Perform cleaning, sweeping/mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal.

What You Bring

Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities while spending up to 50% of the shift outdoors—climbing stairs and opening large doors—and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris. Qualified candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based roles.
