About the Role
The on‑site Community Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences and overseeing leasing, administration, staff supervision, financial reporting, marketing, and daily property operations at a student‑housing community. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and processes are essential to the role’s success. • Lead, train, schedule, and manage payroll for all community staff. • Maintain property to highest standards, ensure compliance, and generate performance reports. • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee day‑to‑day operations. • Cultivate resident and university relationships; execute quarterly reputation management plans. • Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. • Collaborate with the Regional Manager on special projects and HR tasks. • Work full on‑site shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime; support move‑ins, move‑outs, and turnovers. • Lift and move objects up to 50 lb as required.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least four years of property‑management experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and proven leadership abilities to motivate teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and familiarity with Entrata or Yardi software, as well as experience in student‑housing operations, are highly valued.
