About the Role
• Supervise quarry/mine employees and limestone surface mine plant operations. • Implement and enforce safety procedures and maintain MSHA compliance. • Control costs, manage budgets, and identify cost‑saving opportunities. • Lead continuous improvement by identifying deficiencies and developing plans. • Set performance objectives, provide feedback, and train staff for development. • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations. • Direct mine and pit planning and assist with budgeting and forecasting. • Collaborate with QC department to ensure quality product production.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in mining or geological engineering (preferred). • Minimum 5 years quarry operations experience and 3 years supervisory experience. • Knowledge of profit and loss statements, basic accounting, and basic math. • Strong communication, leadership, and ability to develop foremen and lead personnel. • Proven safety record with MSHA compliance. • Basic surveying, mapping, and environmental policy knowledge. • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows/Office; AggQC/AggFlow experience a plus.
