About the Role

Technicians will perform preventative maintenance, start‑ups, and repairs on diesel, gaseous and automatic‑transfer‑switch generators, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The position involves on‑site leadership, documentation of test data, and collaboration with product groups to improve service manuals. • Service, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul engines and genset systems. • Lead on‑site work, manage project timelines, and prioritize tasks. • Commission, operate, and instrument generators; record test data. • Inspect parts for specification conformance and write failure reports. • Maintain engine logs, daily activity records, and request parts/tools. • Source local vendors and support product design development. • Instruct customers on safe operation, shutdown, and troubleshooting. • Provide technical assistance to fellow service personnel. • Perform special projects and promote compliance with the code of conduct.
