About the Role

In this 100 % travel position you will lead daily site construction efforts, ensuring crews meet production goals set by leadership. You will uphold MasTec’s health, safety, and environmental policies and industry standards, while maintaining operational efficiency at tower sites. • Apply OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI guidelines on each site. • Oversee daily operations and ensure quality workmanship at tower locations. • Maintain and submit daily site paperwork, timesheets, and closeout documentation. • Coordinate with customer representatives to facilitate site activities and maintain strong relationships. • Mentor crew members, promoting continuous learning and adherence to safety protocols. • Maintain FDOT log books as required by project regulations. • Read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and statements of work. • Meet physical demands such as climbing towers, lifting 50 lb, and working up to 12 hours per day.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least five years of industry experience, and possess certifications such as First Aid, Safety, or WSA. Strong problem‑solving abilities, the capacity to read technical plans, a valid driver’s license, and physical fitness for tower work are essential. • Demonstrate expertise in rigging, construction, and safety procedures. • Possess a valid driver’s license that meets company policy standards.
