About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for a community, working closely with the Community Manager to manage service requests, preventative maintenance, staff, vendors, safety compliance and resident satisfaction. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders, ensuring timely repairs for common areas and units. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings and amenities to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, place orders within budget, and maintain an organized, OSHA‑compliant shop. • Implement and track a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan and reduce future repairs. • Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff, providing daily oversight, coaching and performance feedback. • Lead on‑call emergency response and participate in unit inspections and make‑ready activities. • Deliver excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround times and uphold community policies. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing laws and maintain accurate service records.

What You Bring

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC preferred) and basic computer skills. • Meet physical requirements for moving up to 100 lb objects, working in confined spaces, operating power tools and handling on‑call emergencies.
