About the Role

The Outside Sales Representative – HVAC & Commercial role focuses on renting and selling portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. The customer base includes commercial clients, contractors, and event companies. The representative will cultivate existing accounts, develop new ones, and partner with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey equipment solutions. • Rent and sell portable HVAC equipment (air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, temporary heaters) to commercial, contractor, and event customers • Cultivate existing accounts and generate new business within the assigned territory • Collaborate with General Tool and Specialty Divisions to provide turnkey equipment solutions • Apply solution‑selling and high‑volume sales techniques to achieve targets

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience in equipment rental or the HVAC industry, along with at least two years of direct sales experience. A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and strong project‑management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention skills are required.
