About the Role

In this role, the Junior Designer will support Design Directors and Project Architects by creating graphics, assembling client presentations, and developing 3D models. The position involves assisting with all phases of interior design, from programming client needs to producing construction documentation, while collaborating closely with design teams. • Support Design Directors and Project Architects in design and delivery of interior projects. • Prepare client presentations and visual graphics to convey design concepts. • Develop 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Octane, or similar tools. • Execute interior design tasks: programming, conceptual, schematic, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. • Assist in selecting and presenting FF&E, color palettes, fabrics, equipment, and lighting solutions. • Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction. • Provide design documentation and support throughout construction and project completion. • Provide 401(k), profit sharing, employee stock ownership, and twice‑annual bonus opportunities.

What You Bring

• Require 0–4 years of interior design project experience. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Octane, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications. • Demonstrate graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively. • Ability to multitask, collaborate, and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
