About the Role
In this role you will manage all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture, while actively understanding and resolving client concerns related to Soft Services using your domain expertise. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities, analyzing applications for relevant skills, experiences, and qualifications to generate insights about how your profile aligns with the role. • Oversee cleaning services for common areas, including chemicals, consumables, equipment maintenance, waste management, and hygiene standards. • Conduct daily premises rounds to identify and address cleaning needs. • Create work plans, inspect sites, and assign tasks to cleaning and maintenance teams. • Brief and debrief staff on duties, standards, and special instructions; maintain operational procedures and budget records. • Manage inventory, order supplies/equipment, and prepare reports (DMR, MMR, QBR) and budgets. • Plan quarterly beautification projects and coordinate landscaping and gardening for events. • Supervise vendor personnel, contracts, compliance, and attendance. • Enforce site discipline, proper attire, and staff etiquette. • Facilitate employee training, skill development, and growth initiatives. • Address employee‑relations issues and ensure statutory compliance. • Develop, review, and improve SOPs, processes, and programs. • Implement client‑specified checklists at required frequencies. • Keep janitor closets and storage areas organized and tidy.
