What You Bring
Engineering resources are lean, so the incumbent will frequently implement changes directly and collaborate with engineers on larger builds. Technical competence is needed to ship production work in Webflow and to engage fluently with engineering colleagues, though full‑time engineering duties are not expected. Success in the role depends on strong design judgment, persuasive copywriting, and a solid grasp of web development and SEO fundamentals. Analytical skills are essential for defining events, tracking funnels, and using data tools such as PostHog and SQL to drive action. The candidate must also be able to operate cross‑functionally in an unstructured environment and keep momentum. • 3+ years owning a website, landing pages, or conversion funnel with measurable outcomes. • Strong design judgment and fluency in Figma. • Excellent writing and editing skills for web conversion and customer education. • Web development competence with Webflow or Framer, creating clean, reusable components. • SEO fundamentals and experience with tools like Semrush or Ahrefs. • Analytics fluency in PostHog (or similar) and ability to write SQL for self‑service insights. • Ability to collaborate with engineers, understand modern web architecture, and prototype quickly. • Capacity to operate cross‑functionally in an unstructured environment and keep work moving.
