About the Role
The Hubbell Enterprise Marketing (HEM) Specialist, Graphic Design creates and elevates brand awareness for Hubbell and its portfolio of brands through on‑brand graphic design. The specialist brings a natural eye for design, inspires dynamic ideas, and connects with diverse audiences while meeting strict deadlines and business objectives. In addition to producing high‑quality creative work, the role supports the development and documentation of brand guidelines, translating brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and clear standards to ensure a consistent Hubbell voice. • Use design tools to produce graphics for presentations, publications, promotional materials, websites, social media, and other mediums. • Confer with internal customers to discuss project requirements, objectives, and presentation concepts; coordinate creative activities. • Provide input and collaborate on design concepts, brand standards, and creative strategies. • Incorporate stakeholder or creative leadership feedback to improve designs. • Create custom designs that conform to creative standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications. • Ensure high quality and on‑time completion of all work projects. • Serve as a designer on projects, executing successfully with support from team leads or senior designers. • Work with team leads to understand and execute the creative strategy for projects.

What You Bring

This hybrid position can be hired in St. Louis, MO; Greenville, SC (preferred); Columbia, SC; or Farmington, CT. • Articulate design decisions and present work to creative leads or stakeholders. • BFA or BS degree in graphic design, illustration, fine arts, or a related field. • At least 1+ year of experience in graphic design or a related role. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices. • Problem‑solving skills, flexibility, and ability to prioritize effectively. • Experience in illustration, animation, packaging, web design, or multimedia. • Ability to collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams. • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with exemplary attention to detail.
