About the Role

• Lead communication initiatives from concept to execution, aligning with priorities and brand standards • Develop and manage messaging for key projects, change initiatives, and enterprise‑wide announcements • Write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications such as newsletters, campaign materials, leadership messages, and digital content • Partner with business leaders and project owners to craft compelling stories that convey vision, purpose, and results • Align communication plans with HR, Operations, and other departments • Serve as trusted communication advisor for project teams and functional leaders • Facilitate inter‑departmental collaboration to ensure message consistency and timely information delivery • Create engaging content for email, intranet, social media, and events • Oversee production of graphics, videos, and presentations • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints • Track and analyze campaign engagement metrics to evaluate performance • Gather employee feedback to improve message clarity and impact • Contribute to communication standards, templates, and best practices

The ideal candidate is an experienced communicator with strong writing, project management, and collaboration skills who can take ownership of high‑impact internal and external communications. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field and possess 2–4 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, marketing, or a related discipline. They must demonstrate proven experience leading communication campaigns, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, while being proficient with digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Canva, or Adobe Suite. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, marketing, or related field • Proven experience leading communication campaigns and partnering with cross‑functional teams • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, clarity, and audience • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment • Familiarity with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Canva, Adobe Suite) • Analytical mindset for interpreting engagement data • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
