About the Role

The role is for an experienced Project Manager to lead an expansion programme that will develop multiple new operational sites in key Florida cities, starting with 4‑6 locations in Tampa and Orlando. The Project Manager serves as the central coordination point for internal teams and external partners such as real‑estate brokers, site‑selection specialists, engineering and architectural consultants, and local construction services. The position is responsible for aligning stakeholders, driving the procurement of qualified general contractors, evaluating bids, overseeing contracts, and delivering owner‑representative services throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. • Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips. • Verify utilization of effective project governance, processes, and systems. • Apply best practices on all projects and produce formal status reports. • Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly. • Oversee supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate project information flow via regular meetings and written communications. • Forecast and update key project milestones and budgets. • Manage local design teams in accordance with commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field. • Offer cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance as needed. • Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors, and suppliers. • Develop strong client relationships to maximize new opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategic approaches to meet client and business objectives. • Capture key project learnings for knowledge management. • Identify and implement process improvements to internal systems. • Ensure compliance with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field. • Strong organizational and management skills; collaborative teamwork. • Effective presentation and communication abilities. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
