About the Role
Key responsibilities include leading structural design projects across various UAE infrastructures, performing complex analysis with advanced software, collaborating with architects and contractors to resolve technical issues, and developing innovative, cost‑effective solutions that meet client requirements and building codes. The engineer will also mentor junior staff, prepare and review calculations and drawings, conduct site visits to monitor construction, stay current on industry trends and codes, support business development through client meetings and proposals, and ensure projects meet quality, deadline, and budget standards. • Lead structural design projects for diverse UAE infrastructure. • Perform complex structural analysis using advanced software. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. • Develop cost‑effective solutions that meet client and code requirements. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. • Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications. • Conduct site visits to assess structures and monitor construction. • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and building codes. • Support business development through client meetings and proposals. • Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

What You Bring
The company is hiring an experienced Structural Engineer with at least ten years of work experience to join its dynamic Dubai team, where the role focuses on designing and analyzing structures for diverse building projects while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (master’s preferred), a professional engineering license, at least five years of UAE experience on large infrastructure projects, deep knowledge of Dubai and UAE building codes, proficiency in tools such as ETABS, Robot, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro, and experience with sustainable design, green standards, and parametric modeling. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering and a professional license. • Possess 5+ years of UAE infrastructure experience and local code expertise. • Proficient in ETABS, Autodesk Robot, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, and parametric modeling. • Experience with sustainable design and green building standards.
