About the Role

The Onboarding Coordinator will manage onboarding programs for new hires, handling administrative setup, IT access, and equipment, while collaborating with managers and trainers to schedule department-specific training and track progress. The role also focuses on employee experience, serving as the first point of contact, facilitating welcome activities, conducting check‑ins, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the onboarding process. • Plan and deliver structured onboarding programs across multiple departments, including company overview, safety, culture, and technical orientation. • Coordinate administrative setup: complete documentation, policies, IT accounts, ID badges, PPE, uniforms, tools, and workstation supplies. • Partner with managers and trainers to schedule department‑specific introductions and technical/compliance training; maintain a master onboarding calendar. • Serve as primary contact for new hires, facilitate welcome activities, conduct check‑ins, and support a positive transition. • Track onboarding activities, training completion, and competency milestones; provide progress reports to managers and HR and identify gaps. • Gather feedback from new hires and managers to continuously improve onboarding materials, templates, and integration with LMS and HR systems.

What You Bring
