About the Role
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. • Install, repair, and maintain residential pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures. • Complete accurate paperwork for each job, recording time, work performed, and materials used. • Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. • Support team members to complete tasks on time. • Build and maintain professional relationships with leadership and peers. • Take machine readings and understand their implications. • Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team members.

What You Bring
Our experienced Residential Plumbers serve customers throughout the Denver metro and Front Range area. We are looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable individuals to join a growing team with a great culture and lucrative earning potential. The schedule is Monday‑Friday with every other Saturday, 7 AM‑5 PM, plus rotating on‑call shifts. The position is located at 16360 Table Mountain Pkwy, Golden, CO 80403. Fix‑It 24/7 is an equal‑opportunity employer and only hires applicants authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available. • Preferably have 2+ years of residential plumbing experience. • Require at least 1 year of residential plumbing experience. • Demonstrate excellent problem‑solving and customer‑service skills. • Pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record. • Ability to regularly lift 100 lb throughout the workday.

Benefits
Compensation is performance‑based, ranging from $80,000 to $175,000 annually, and includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance (with a fully company‑paid option), 401(k) with company match, 40 hours PTO, 48 hours sick time, six paid holidays plus a floating birthday holiday, a company vehicle with gas card, and a company‑paid cell phone and tablet.
