About the Role
In this role you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services, ensuring jobs are done right. Daily tasks include climbing poles or operating a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plant equipment, reading and interpreting schematics and construction prints, and troubleshooting any problems that arise in the field. • Install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants using pole climbing or bucket truck. • Troubleshoot field issues as they arise. • Prioritize safety in daily tasks. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate treats safety as a daily priority, consistently produces high‑quality work, and enjoys solving challenging problems with a hands‑on approach. You should have extensive experience as a lineman, be familiar with all aerial‑work equipment, comfortable working from a bucket truck and climbing poles, and possess relevant MOS codes (2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q). • Read and interpret schematics and construction prints. • Consistently produce high‑quality work. • Experienced with all aerial‑work equipment and comfortable in bucket trucks and pole climbing. • Relevant MOS codes: 2847, B05A, 3D157, 002599, 5699, 12P, 12Q.
