About the Role

In this role you will support overhead construction and repair of RF and fiber services, ensuring jobs are done right. Daily tasks include climbing poles or operating a bucket truck to install, relocate, and maintain aerial plant equipment, reading and interpreting schematics and construction prints, and troubleshooting any problems that arise in the field. • Install, relocate, and maintain aerial plants using pole climbing or bucket truck. • Troubleshoot field issues as they arise. • Prioritize safety in daily tasks. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach.
