About the Role
The role supports the Plant Manager/Operations Manager in developing processes that aim for a zero‑incident culture, maximize output, maintain machinery, reduce overall costs, and exceed customer expectations. • Monitor and improve systems to maximize quality and production. • Schedule workload to meet customer needs efficiently. • Maintain and improve department methods and processes. • Communicate policy, problem resolution, objectives, and quality issues to employees. • Foster high employee morale. • Control overtime, tool, and other budgets within guidelines. • Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews, and administrative tasks accurately. • Coordinate effectively with other departments. • Develop potential candidates for management and professional roles. • Promote a positive, productive workplace that represents the company. • Promote plant safety (MESH) policies and a zero‑incident culture. • Develop and maintain self‑directed work teams. • Support teams in achieving objectives and commitments. • Support company‑sponsored community involvement and employee activities.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, have at least two years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, and possess a technical industrial or management background. Preference is given to candidates with an engineering degree and knowledge of LVA, MVC, MVD, and Fabrications. Only applicants within a 50‑mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered, except for active‑duty military personnel. • Require a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of manufacturing leadership experience; engineering background preferred.
