About the Role
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver high‑quality customer service. • Oversee daily meal, beverage, and function service for Defence personnel, ensuring smooth operations during peak periods. • Manage team scheduling, resource allocation, and rostering using online systems. • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and professionally. • Maintain clean, hygienic, and well‑organised kitchen and dining areas in line with HACCP standards. • Assist with stock rotation, loading/unloading supplies, and inventory control of kitchen equipment. • Provide on‑the‑job training and support to foster a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring
