About the Role

The Technician position is responsible for preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a diverse fleet that varies by location, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools and specialty lines such as large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC and oil-and-gas equipment. The role focuses on minimizing downtime while adhering to strict safety standards. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operations management • Collaborate with a safety-focused team • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs to minimize equipment downtime • Service aerial work platforms, construction tools, power generators, pumps, HVAC and oil/gas equipment • Follow safety protocols and lift 50 lb or more, performing physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade-school training preferred, and ideally possess five or more years of experience servicing diesel, heavy-equipment or specialty lines. Required skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, the ability to provide personal tools, and flexibility to adjust to fast-changing priorities. Physical demands involve lifting 50 lb or more, bending, squatting, crouching and working indoors or outdoors as required. • High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred • 5+ years of technician experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) preferred • May need to provide personal tools of the trade • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting • Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
